I have a passion for making a profound difference to the outcomes of people’s lives through my vocation in the emergency services. I have excellent communications and organisation skills and a reliability that is second to none. Since graduating as a nurse in the Philippines I have worked in the emergency services as staff nurse, company nurse and senior fireman/ emergency medical services staff. With 4 years nursing experience, including A&E and eight years in the fire services I believe I can be of great value to the UK nursing profession; I currently work as a ward nurse in a local hospital and as a senior fireman in the Philippines but I am very keen to work as a nurse in the UK. I work well under pressure, both autonomously and as a team player. I am a very organised, hard-working and trustworthy person with a good mix of transferable skills.
