• Responsible for weighing and Measuring Items for Delivery • Checking the Quality and Quantity of every items needed for delivery. • Pick and Pack Items according to the pick list • Make cycle counts of every items in the warehouse • Responsible for checking and recording of all shipment • Make reports of all stock items in the warehouse

• Supervised the mixing process of the concrete • Provide correct combination of water and cement • Make quality test of the concrete provided by the plant • Oversee all operation at the production area • Make inspection of the batch plant machines • Regular Maintenance and sanitation on the work place • Make report daily material consumption • Make orders to the Purchasing officer for the materials needed for the Plant

• Assigned workers to their respective assignment • Prepare work schedule for efficient operations • Insist safety and health in the workplace • Troubleshoots issues that arise during production timer • Train new workers to task at hand • Notifies maintenance department of equipment trouble • Report to the manager about the result of the task at hand • Ensure paper works is completed • Performs other related duties in the production area

• Receives unitecknik data files from design department • Saves and translate unitechnik data files in the master computer • Sets on queue the list for production units to be produce in the factory • Make troubleshoots if problems occur in the machine • Checks and traces production output and generates date • Reports abnormalities of the machines to the maintenance department • Monitors and ensures machine in good condition • Conduct safety precautions during machine operations ROS (Rack Operating System) Operator  Organize traffic flow of pallets circulated in production.  Stores and pulls out cured and empty pallets inside and outside the curing chamber.  Assigns destinations of pallets in the pallet circulation.  Reports abnormalities in ROS machine that need repairs or replacement.  Monitors and ensures ROS machine to work in good condition during operation. Pallet Circulation Operator  Organize traffic flow of pallets circulated in production.  Assigns destinations of pallets in the pallet circulation.  Transports pallets from one station to another to proceed different production processes.  Reports abnormalities in the pallet circulation that need repairs or replacement.  Monitors and ensures overall pallet circulation system to work in good condition during operation HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICER  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  1. To develop, implement and monitor Board Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Programs, and  Procedures;  2. To assist the Board in complying with current health and safety legislation and/or regulations with the  objective of ensuring that all reasonable and proper measures are taken to protect the safety and  health of learners, staff and visitors;  3. To establish budget proposals for the operation of the Occupational Health and Safety office and  specific training programs;  4. To increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization;  5. To investigate and report on all serious/critical personal injury accidents occurring to students, staff  and/or visitors to the appropriate senior official, and to assist in the investigation of all  accidents/incidents that result in substantial damage to Board vehicles and property;  6. To investigate and report on complaints of hazardous working conditions to the Associate Director  and/or other appropriate senior staff;  7. To respond to employees’ safety concerns;  8. To conduct, as necessary, the safety inspection of any Board facility;  9. To assist the Board’s Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committees;  10. To respond to fires and other emergencies on or about the Board property;  11. To coordinate registration and removal of hazardous waste;  12. To receive reports from and respond to orders issued by Department of Labor inspectors;  13. To arrange for Occupational Health and Safety testing and/or evaluations of the workplace by  external agencies/consultants as may be necessary;  14. To act as liaison with all related governmental bodies and regulating agencies; Concrete Spreader Machine Operator  Distributing the concrete to the panels after the inspection of panels.
