Monitor management of materials and supplies across branches/schools in assigned section. Prepares and issue in the system all supplies request to branches assigned under proper cost centre and per monthly/special request from Academic Services. Preparing orders, updating the status in system and coordinating with the transport the delivery of the orders. Conducting book fair in assigned sections. Act as Cashier Assists Storekeeper in the Central Store activities and operations in the warehouse.
Management and administration of all registration and transfer procedures, policies and processes in the branch. Maintain and update stock inventory including fixed assets. Ensure tally of physical items available in store with the system. Place and oversee the monthly orders of supplies and monitor consumption. Inspect inventory upon receiving, handling, storing and distribution. Relay all relevant information between Branch and Central Admin Office. Assist Branch Manager in planning, coordination and communication on all events, admin issues, staff lists, transport lists. Oversee, monitor and record staff attendance, permission hours, leave requests, vacation leaves, civil ID copies, etc. Support the Branch Manager in ensuring health and safety of students and staff at all times.
