The curriculum covered areas such as event logistics, hospitality, marketing, customer service, and sustainable tourism practices. I developed practical skills in managing both large-scale events and intimate gatherings, while also learning about the economic, cultural, and social impacts of tourism. This course has equipped me with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, making me well-prepared for a career in the tourism and events sector
Work & Experience
As a waitress, I was responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience. I managed multiple tables in a fast-paced environment, provided menu recommendations, and handled customer inquiries and requests. My role also included maintaining a clean and organized dining area and working closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
As an administrative support staff, I was responsible for managing office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence. I assisted with data entry, prepared reports, and supported team members with various administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
