• Monitor and document data relating to patient’s care including assessment results, interventions, medications, patient’s response to treatments • Assessed the condition of patients, ordering and evaluating diagnostic tests as needed • Collaborated with other healthcare professionals and nursing staff to plan, manage and assess patient’s treatment • Discussed Illnesses and treatments with patients and family members • Provide direct quality care to patient’s and administered various medical procedure • Conducts house to house visit in the barangay assigned • Assist the Doctors and Midwifes on 24 hours lying in duty

• Collects and set up urine for urinalysis • Smears and stains sputum for AFB Examination • Records all laboratory materials and activities • Releases lab results performed by the Medical Technologist • Assists the Medical Technologist in other laboratory activities • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the laboratory
