May I respectfully apply for the position of MIDWIFE or any position may be appropriated for Bachelor of Science in Midwifery.
I am Aisha M. Caduada, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. Nituan, Parang, Maguindanao.
I am a graduated of Diploma in Midwifery from one of the respected schools in Cotabato City, Notre Dame Hospital & School of Midwifery on March 2013. I was able to complete the required Learning Experience. I took the Midwifery Licensure Examination last November 2016 at University of East, Manila conducted by PRC-Manila, and passed the said examination.
I am also earning my Bachelor of Science and Midwifery in Dr. Ocampo College, Inc., Cotabato City. I was completed the bachelor last March 2020.
